(must be 15+, or depending on the maturity level): I am 13 turning 14 I am extremely  mature most of the other servers have that question but they see me mature enough for it so that leaves me to believe I am mature enough Step by step, how do you train a Recruit?: I would say "welcome to royalty gaming I will be your trainer for today, now lets get started with the ranks" then run them through the ranks, and say to salute 2nd LT up for army and petty officer up for nay, then I would move onto formations, and run them through single double wedge box diamond (VIP/Prisoner)firing line and advanced firing line, then once they have completed those move onto faces, I would run them through the basic faces first telling them the tips like go in 3rd person it helps to see your player as he ticks over, and count in ticks eg RF 2 ticks, then once they pass those I move onto advanced reminding them and assisting them on the tips, after that I would tell them to change there name then get them whitelisted. If you are on a mission, and you lose a member in your squad how do you retrieve him/her in the most professional manner?: I would ask there location through comms, once I get it I would tell my troopers to regroup on a near by land mark or significant structure then wait for him to catch up, then tell him where we are going along with the rest of the squad then move out.[/color] [color=#2980b9]Name all of the formations: Single column, double(or dual) column, firing line Wedge formation, box diamond VIP, Diamond Prisoner, Diamond formation, advanced firing line  Name all the faces, and how they are done: Right face a 90 degree turn to your right, left face a 90 degree turn to your left, about face a 180 degree turn over your right shoulder, front face turn towards your commanding officer over your right shoulder, attention Turn over your right shoulder to the officer you order that What makes you a better Commander than others?: What makes me a better commander than other, I am experienced, I have plans set out for trainings and RP, I have over 1000 hours on Star wars rp, I know what troopers want I know what entertains them, I know how to make sure they stay in my regiment and I know how to lour people into my regiment.  If two Troopers are fighting, how do you deal with it?: Split them up and talk to them individually, and sort out the situations and get staff involved if needed, I would also tell them to stay away from each other for awhile just to let things cool down  What kinds of ways can someone get promoted for?: good work in fight, following orders, doing significate things like capturing a sith or a VIP or a CIS, recommendations, saving a life, completing the mission Are you patient?: yes I am very patient, in tough situations I show patients and get it sorted, even if others are panicking or board I can wait for events and other things, Are you good at improvising?: yes, I am able to think quickly on my feet even in stressful situations Are you able to respect ALL soldiers, not just the high ranking?: Of cause troopers a people to and they deserver my respect they are in the army, and community so they deserve respect [/color] [color=#f1c40f]Would you perform training frequently?: yes at least once a week, to keep my troopers skills sharp Would you be willing to join the server even if it was empty?: yes I will be because if the server is empty I can learn the map more which is a crucial thing for 5th fleet, and or I will build bunks and other areas (with overs permission) How frequently can you join the server, if you were made a Commander?:I would be on daily for at least 2-3 hours even with school.[/color]
