What makes you a good leader?: I believe many things make a good leader however for myself I believe being responsible, trustworthy, reliable and kind makes me a good leader. People would think normally that being strong and rude makes you a good leader because you put fear into them. I don't think that's my style, i believe if I can get them to like me and trust me that it'll make their experience and my experience that much better. My kindness and reliability makes me a good leader.
What's better a boss or a leader?: A leader.
What is your definition of leadership?: A healthy trustworthy back and forth relationship with those who are learning from me and i'm instructing.

What's your comfort level with leading (Explain): Quite comfortable as I know that's what my position will mostly be doing.
Do you know the rules?: Of course without a doubt.
How's your maturity level? (must be 15+, or depending on the maturity level): I'm 17 however I think my maturity level would be 19+
Step by step, how do you train a Recruit?: Run them through their ranks, who they should salute. Then their faces and formations.
If you are on a mission, and you lose a member in your squad how do you retrieve him/her in the most professional manner?: Try to contact them through whatever communication device you have been given, if you don't receive a response then you would deploy a recon and rescue team and give them a time limit to retrieve them as you don't want to hold up the entire company.
Name all of the formations: Single Column, Dual Column, Wedge, Box, Diamond, Firing Line, Advanced Firing Line, Prisoner, VIP, Loose, Tight.
Name all the faces, and how they are done: Right Face = 90 Degrees | Left Face = 90 Degrees | Front Face = turn over your right shoulder until facing your commanding officer. | About Face = 180 Degrees | Right Incline = 45 Degrees | Left Incline = 45 Degrees | Left Decline = 135 Degrees | Right Decline = 135 Degrees
What makes you a better Commander than others?: I believe that my kindness and intent to perform at a high level puts me above the rest.
If two Troopers are fighting, how do you deal with it?: Find the issue between them, sort it out and then put them on their separate ways however get someone to watch over them secretly to see if it continues for a little amount of time.
What kinds of ways can someone get promoted for?: Great Communication, Good Combat Skills, Great Climbing Abilities, Great Teamwork and more.
Are you patient?: Quite patient if they're not trying to minge around.
Are you good at improvising?: Of course, you must be if you're applying for this kind of job. You never know what's going to be thrown at you.
Are you able to respect ALL soldiers, not just the high ranking?: Of course. You need to give everyone equal trust and respect because you would want them to give it back.
Would you perform training frequently?: At least 3 times a week at a bare minimum due to the fact you need to perform to a high level to be in the Navy.
Would you be willing to join the server even if it was empty?: Hard to believe that's a question, the only way you get people to join the server is by having people in it. If one person is in a server then more will join and the cycle will continue.
How frequently can you join the server, if you were made a Commander?: Everyday for at least 3-4-5 hours a day.
