I would recommend definitely cleaning up this application, remembering correct spelling and punctuation. As well as this you have not answered some of the questions correctly (e.g. you have not followed the question regarding any previous experience as a C.O. correctly as you have not followed its format). Furthermore, if you actually do want to become a C.O. don't have things like this in your application for it:  "What makes you a good leader?: Yes"
