What's better a boss or a leader?: A Leader because a boss tells them to do something and they do it, While a Leader leads there people with constant support and help right beside them always there for them.
What is your definition of leadership?: A person that leads there people/soilders into battle beside them supporting them and helping them

Step by step, how do you train a Recruit?:
1. Introduce him to the server and ask if he has played SWRP before.
2. Tell him about the rules and how they work
3. Show him the ranks and how they work
4. Do Faces with him and if he dosn't know how to do them do them explain how to do them in ticks or degrees
5. Do Formations with him and if he dosn't know how to do them give demonstrations and go step by step
6. Talk about regiments and how they work
7. Give him a salute bind if he dosn't have one and who to salute too
8. Tell him to change his name to CT PVT (4 numbers) and (name)
9. Get a staff member to whitelist him
10. Give him a tour of the ship and where the main locations are.
If you are on a mission, and you lose a member in your squad how do you retrieve him/her in the most professional manner?: Report in that we have a missing Soilder and try and find there location through communications and once we have found there location get them back safely trying to avoid and hostiles and casulties along the way.

If two Troopers are fighting, how do you deal with it?: Bring them to bunks and have an interview them why there fighting find out the issue and try and resolve in the most responsible way possible and in the end try teach them a lesson to not do it again by demoting both 1 rank
What kinds of ways can someone get promoted for?: Doing well in the Battlefield, Being Mature and Responsible, Doing well in Training/Practice.
